Shiva, an Intelligence Bureau officer, secretly monitors distress calls using a surveillance program he built to help people in need. When a young girl and a police constable are brutally murdered after one such call, Shiva resigns out of guilt but soon begins investigating the case. He discovers the killer is a sadistic psychopath who derives pleasure from others' suffering. As the killer escalates his terror across the city, Shiva must use his intellect and tech skills to stop him before more lives are lost.
